The Powerball jackpot now totals $425 million after the latest drawing failed to come up with a winner. It’s now the largest jackpot in the game’s history.
In the drawing yesterday, $325 million in prize money was up for grabs, which would have been the fourth-largest sum given out. But Iowa lottery spokeswoman Mary Neubauer said the prize total may just keep growing in the days before Wednesday’s drawing, as more people buy tickets. Read more at The Associated Press.
