  1. So sad, AyCee was a friend to all, back in the good old days on Manhattan’s West Side he was an organizer of shiurim, kiruv rechokim, tzdeaka etc. Baalei teshuva and those on teh road to it could come to his house at any time and receive a royal welcome. People who were down on their luck had a place at his Shabbos table. And gedolei yisroel stayed in his home, where he waited on them like a humble servant. Sadly his fortunes turned and he could not do for the klal what he used to do earlier. But he was a real lakewood talmid and had just moved back there to spend the rest of his life in Torah Avoda and Gemilus Chasodim. All ended too soon……

  2. Thank you #1. I too knew him for many years and can testify that he was always using whatever he was given to help others. In all of his situations he remained a true talmid in all his ways to his beloved Rosh Hayeshiva Reb Aharon, ZTZ’L and worked tirelessly for Lakewood and any other mosad or yochid. He stood up for Kovod Hatorah at any price.
Klal yisroel will miss this rare yid!
