If there is such a terrible matzav in Eretz Yisroel with the kevorim and the gedolei Yisroel are involved, shouldn’t you use Matzav as a platform for such an important issue?
Rav Dovid Soloveichik shlit’a asked if there can be some help from America. Rav Yitzchok Tuvia Weiss shlit”a is working so hard on it and the frum news stations are totally ignoring the matter. The only hope that anything can be done is only if they hear from America. Should they turn to CNN and the New York Times to be mefarsem the matter or at least do it in a frum forum to minimize the chillul Hashem?
Can you imagine what would happen if they started digging up by an Arab cemetery? What would be going on in the news all over the world?
And to add to the bizayon haTorah is that they arrested Rav Dovid Shmidal shlit”a, one of the ziknei hador who was close to the Brisker Rov zt”l, and treated him like a common criminal.

its a very sad & tragics situation & time for klal yisroel now, as we contnue going from one tragedy to the next. the tzaros is horrific & too many to list R”L as things get worse & worse.
all these tragedies going on have one thing in common. -a major issue & problem applying to everyone (yidden & not)-
FACING REALITY i.e. seeing these tragedies happen & not doing anything about it i.e. teshuva, achdus etc thus we leave hashem no choice but to bring us more tzaros RL

why doesnt klal yisroel get the wake-up message for teshuva from hashem?
whenever tragedy strikes or theres a big issue, the person blocks it from his face & convinces himself not to apply the message to him,so that we can just continue our fancy & happy lavish life.
first WE ALL need to admit to ourselves that i have a issue/problem here, then we need to work on solving it. BUT %80 of solving it, is each person admitting to the problems he has.
may we all start doing teshuva ASAP & return to hashem so the word tzaros can be removed from the world
There are chilueki deios regarding some of the situations there with regard to some of the cases of kevorim. Speak to Rav Moshe Shternbuch shlit”a, people close to Rav Elyashiv zt”l, and others. I think that is connected to this issue.
The people in Eretz Yisroel are closer to the situation there and, with all due respect, know the matzav better than people in Los Angeles. If there would be a new kol koreh signed by tens of gedolim from there, from different eidos, and it was not paid sufficient attention, that is one thing. But I don’t recall seeing it.
We have to let the gedolei Eretz Yisroel (those who know the details, not just anyone who lives there), lead the way. If you are a person that identifies with, say, the Yeshivishe oilam, that means you follow Yeshivishe daas Torah, so if the gedolim from that oilam tell you, you follow them. If gedolim from a different eidah say something, that is not sufficient. You have to follow your daas Torah, not just the loudest one out there.
there are many gedolim including R’ Moshe Sternbuch who have lately come out against it because of the Nesher project.
Besides, I remember reading an interview in the English Yated where R’ Shmidal was quoted as saying that in his 30 plus years experience he has never seen that protests or demonstrations got any results, and that its only thru negotiations and pulling political strings that things get done.
Add to this the fact that these protests just instigates and distant the chilonim even more and creates even more chilul kevarim (think about a rebellious teen that is constantly scolded)… the real “outcry” should be why there are so many of our brother and sisters living in EY that are so far away from Torah and mitzvos yet it is so easy to bring them back.

There are so few people let alone chashuvim that are willing to “call out” when they see something isn’t right and Rabbi Bess will always righfully do that. The world should be screaming about this bizayon and not sitting back and watching thinking its going to resolve itself because nebach unfortunately it won’t
