Rabbi Kalman Zev Levin Hy”d, killed in today’s attack, was 55. He was born in the United States on 26 Kislev 1959.
After his marriage, Rabbi Levin learned in a kollel in Har Nof, Yerushalayim.
Rabbi Levin would spend many hours each day learned at Kollel Lev Avrohom in Meah Shearim, as well as at Kehillas Bnei Torah, where the attack took place.
In addition to being a quiet masmid, he was extremely careful about his sedorim in learning, not being mevatel even an extra minute.
