  1. Everything that is written is so VERY true! He was a great man with an warmth to him. He will be missed by everyone who was zoche to have met him.

  2. Boruch Dayan Emes!

I remember him well from about thirty years ago. He was a person who was clearly b’makom gdulaso sham atah motai invisunuso. A talmid chacham who was kind and warm to one and all, always with a gut vort. Noach L’Makom, v’noach labriyos. He was the person the Navi describes as “Yisrael ami asher becha espaer”. Yehi zichro baruch.

  3. Rabbi Rabinowitz was a friend of my father’s Stanley Rudoff A”H. I believe they studied chemistry together. I remember him well and very fondly from Camp Morasha where he was not only a beloved teacher of Torah, but he had a twinkle in his eye and did a memorable rendition of “Slobodka Sam.” (“He shot a little birdie one day, he killed a horse 9 blocks away…”). Am I the only one who remembers this?
