V’yzanev b’cho kol hnechosholim acharecho,
i.e the yetzer hara starts with the weakest, who then influence others.
V’ata oyef v’yagea v’lo yore elokim
but only to those who are susceptible, i.e. the antidote is to strengthen oneself beforehand
