Rav Dov Tzvi Karelenstein, rosh yeshiva of the Grodno Yeshiva in Ashdod, was taken this evening to Mayanei Hayeshuah Medical Center.
The octogenarian Rav Karelenstein, has been suffering from a number of illnesses over the past few months. He had been released last Wednesday from Tel Hashomer Medical Center, but his condition worsened and he had to be admitted to Mayanei Hayeshuah.
All are asked to daven for Rav Dov Tzvi ben Ashirah Devorah Rechel.

When being mispallel for a choleh, one does NOT use titles (“Harav”etc); there are no titles in Shamayim behore the Bais Din Shel Maaloh
(one also does not mention HaCohen or HaLevi either)
