candleIt is with great sadness that we report the passing of Rav Eliezer Levi zt”l, longtime rosh mechinah of Yeshivas Telshe and rebbi to thousands of talmidim.

The levaya will take place tomorrow, Sunday, December 14, at 9 a.m., at Chesed Shel Emes, located at 26640 Greenfield Road in Oak Park, Michigan.

The levaya will then continue at 2 p.m. at the  Telshe Yeshiva of Cleveland Bais Medrash, located at 28400 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio.

Kevurah will take place in Eretz Yisroel.

  1. A very special person.He was my best Rebbi. He taught us how to learn pushet peshat and how important it was to learn Tenach. A lost to his family , his talmidim (1000’s and 1000’s of talmidim),to the yeshiva,and to Klal Yisrael
