This Sunday, 28 Menachem Av, August 24, is the 13th yahrtzeit of the unforgettable rosh yeshiva and rebbi, Rav Avrohom Yaakov Hakohen Pam zt”l. Talmidim, alumni and friends of Yeshiva Torah Vodaas, where Rav Pam served for decades, will gather to say Tehillim betzibbur l’illui nishmaso at 10:00 AM. The gathering will take place at Rav Pam’s kever in the Mount Judah Cemetery. From Brooklyn and Queens, take the Jackie Robinson Parkway to Exit 2 at Cypress Avenue.
A yahrtzeit seudah will be held at Khal Ohr Gedalyahu, located at 1554 Coney Island Avenue, at 6:30 p.m. For more information, call 718-258-9490.
