Noted mashpiah Rav Sender Erlanger of Bnei Brak was taken to the hospital on Motzoei Shabbos due to a deterioration in his health.
The past two years, Rav Erlanger has been hospitalized several times, as he has experienced ups and downs in his health.
Tonight, Magen David Adom volunteers arrived at his home, gave him initial medical treatment, and then transported him to the hospital.
Rav Eranger is 67 years old.
All are asked to daven for Rav Chizkiyahu Alexander ben Yehudis.
