Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky in Moscow for Shabbos

Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva of Philadelphia, will be spending this Shabbos, Parshas Vayikrah, in Moscow as a guest of Yeshiva Ohaley Yaakov and the Moscow Community Kollel. The rosh yeshiva has been accompanied by his rebbetzin on this trip.

Rav Kamenetsky arrived in Moscow on Wednesday and has given several shiurim there.

Last night, a chanukas habayis event was held at Yeshiva Ohaley Yaakov for a dormitory wing dedicated by Rabbi Yaakov Rajchenbach of Chicago, who also sponsored Pesach food, along with others, for the Moscow community. The food was brought to Moscow by the group of people who accompanied Rav and Rebbetzin Kamenetsky from the US.
