  1. B”H. What’s the chidush here? There are many Yidden that made it to that age and fasted. Rav Eliyashuv. Rav Scheinberg, etc…

    • Why bring negativity. Its a beautiful thing on its on. Such a holly yid, may we see this article again for years and years and years. BH

  2. How about some derech eretz for the Rosh Yeshiva shlit”a?

Do you announce the ages of your parents to the word online?

Are you going to give the ages of Chasidishe Rebbes now too?

    • What in the world is wrong with giving ages. My mother is now 91. My grandmother lived until 105. It is a celebration. A tribute to a wonderful and productive life with many more years to come.

  3. matzav where in the world is your respect? What’s it anybody’s business how old he is or how much he weighs or what he ate for lunch? Just because he’s a gadol hador doesn’t give you the right to advertise every little thing. Where is the respect for our gedolim? Be happy I’m not using harsher words. Bli ayin harah. May he have arichas yamim in good health.

  4. The more you guys argue it’s worse for his Mitzvah! We just came out of Yom Kippur, let HaShem judge the mistakes & flaws of people, because you are putting a Din on the person, & guess what Rav Shteiman doesn’t want that either. Please let’s unify & stop the arguing.
If you judge people harshly, Chalila HaShem will too!
