He such a tzadik and loved by all.
He was sick for just four weeks!
I have never seen so many people of so many different backgrounds and levels of religious observance actually crying in public.

  3. What a tragedy we caused cause we cant get our act together & do teshuva

WHAT ARE WE ALL WAITING FOR? has klal yisroel gotten the message from Hashem-waiting for us to start doing teshuva-have YOU done anything yet? how many more tragedies & Tzaddikim will it take C”V before we wake up & start doing teshuva? OVER 90 GEDOLEI HADOR have passed away within the past 15 months R”L. HOW MANY MORE DO WE NEED TO LOSE C”V to let hashem know that we get the message for klal yisroel to start doing teshuva ASAP?

note:lots of the gedolim this past year were niftar R”L in the 70?s or 80?s this was not enough to wake us up to teshuva

HOW YOUNG DO RABBONIM & GEDOLIM NEED TO BE NIFTAR R”L TO GET THE WAKE-UP CALL FROM HASHEM?

May his neshama have an aliya

  12. Rav Yosef Oziel z’l words cannot express how i am feeling right now.You were Kadosh, pure neshamah. It has been a long time since we last saw each other, but i will never forget you ,the one who taught me as a chavrutah in yeshiva and when you taught me for my bar mitzvah…you are amongst the malachim now in Gan Eden. May hashem watch over your parents ,wife, and children ad meah veesrim.I will never forget you

  13. He is my cousin, he is a special men and me and my family are heart broken from this loss. I wish him the best in the world we all belong. I hate the fact that we will not see him again in this life. I believe is not fair to lose such a great neshama that gave so much to the jewish world. He was in Venezuela, Canada, Israel and USA and he was loved by every person that truly met him. I wish his wife and childrens to be blessed by Hashem and give them strength to overcome this terrible and painful loss and I wish Yosef to be rewarded wherever he is for giving so much and for having such a great personality and heart that made him accomplish all what he did achieve.

  14. Rabbi Ouziel and I were classmates for 10 years. He was an amazing person. Always a smile on his face and would find in each person the best out of them and would express their potential. We had both decided the path towards Rabbinical School. As it was described in the Eulogy by the Chief Rabbi of Israel Rabbi Shlomo Amar Shlita and many other Rabbis, Rabbi Ouziel ZL has achieved so much in his short life spam amount of time. May we continue in his way and the legacy that he has left in each one of us. That spark should continue to enlighten the world of Torah. May he be a Melitz Yosher to his family and Klal Yisrael. May we have the merit Beviat Meshiach Tzidkenu speedily in our days. Amen!

  15. We had the merit to have him as our rabbi during his last 10 years. So close from everybody and speaking to anyone in his own language. We had the merit to have him giving shiurim in our house. His smile, sense of listening are unforgettable. When we asked him a question of halakha, he answered and was trying to help to find an alternative to help if the answer was no. When he had to do a psak din, he did with complete impartiality, even if he knew the person very well and not the other, he did not change his judgement. He was so nice and friendly, like a member of the family. He did so great job too for shalom bait, following couples for years sometimes to help them build and keep their shalom. Somebody who knows him from Montreal when he was 10 years old says that, already at that age, he was coming to the Shul on shabbat with a suit, staying sit and quiet during the all prayer, listening to it, while other children of his age were playing and moving.
It is a harsh choc for the all community and beyond. May Hashem comfort and help all his family, amen.

  16. BSD
I remember when they first came to Miami and in year 2000 I will NEVER forget the tefilla at Bal Harbor Shul where he was chazon and I had such a yeshua that year. All thanks to him and his wife welcoming me. I am so saddened by this news. May Hashem give strength to his family to keep going.
