It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Reb Yonah Zev Hershkowitz z”l. The levaya will take place first in Lakewood, NJ, at 11:30, on Twelfth Street between Clifton and Lexington Avenues. The levaya will then continue in Boro Park at Shomrei Hadas Chapels on 14th Avenue in Boro Park at approximately 1:15 p.m.
Reb Yonah Zev is survived by his children and grandchildren. His son, Rabbi Mordechai Hershkowitz, is the well-know Executive Administrator at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ.
