It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Rebbetzin Rivkah Ezrachi a”h, wife of Rav Yitzchok Ezrachi of Yeshivas Mir-Yerushalayim. She was 84.
Born in Poland, Rebbetzin Rivka was a daughter of Rav Chaim Shmuelevitz zt”l, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Mir. Her mother, Rebbetzin Chana Miriam, was a daughter of Rav Leizer Yudel Finkel zt”l, rosh yeshiva of Mir.
The rebbetzin was the consummate eizer kenegdo, devoting herself to her husband and allowing him to spend his life being marbitz Torah all the years of their marriage.
The rebbetzin passed away at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Yerushalayim following an illness, leaving behind her grieving husband, children and many ainiklach.
The levayah was held last night at Yeshivas Mir-Yerushalayim, followed by kevurah on Har Hamenuchos.
