A red alert siren went off in the Golan today near the towns of Poria and Beit Shean.
Some reports indicate that the Israel defense system may have been breached by missiles fired from Syria that flew too close to the border. Another possibility is a second Iranian drone attempting to sneak over the Syrian border is what triggered the alarm.
Israeli air defenses were launched just after the sirens sounded, very quickly leaving no trace of a threat against Israel’s borders.
