Report: Sanders Could Endorse Hillary Next Week

Bernie Sanders could endorse Hillary Clinton as early as next week at a joint event in New Hampshire, NBC reports. Sanders has been reluctant to back her and previously said he would try to sway the so-called superdelegates to his side ahead of this month’s Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

Sanders’ efforts appear to have been successful, though, to influence the Democratic Party’s platform draft. Sanders has repeatedly said he would do everything in his power to prevent Donald Trump, the preusmptive Republican nominee, from becoming president. Read more at NBC News.
