scaliaJustice Antonin Scalia dropped some unnerving knowledge on a group of university of Hawaii law student. When asked about the Supreme Court’s 1944 decision in Korematsu v. United States, which essentially upheld the Japanese internment camps, he said, “Well, of course, Korematsu was wrong. And I think we have repudiated in a later case. But you are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again.”

In fact, he seemed to suggest it would be likely to occur in the future. “It was wrong, but I would not be surprised to see it happen again, in time of war,” he said. “It’s no justification but it is the reality.” Read it at Honolulu Star-Advertiser.

  1. Remember good folks, Mr. Scalia is a recidivist haggle tooth slob who has not firmed his own assets of human interest since he bestows bottom dwelling syncope on the nation of unqualmed limited jurisprudence of non-calmed waters of human excess.

The man is not the would be soul of any court structure and he has no charm or satisfaction in the human achievement.

So, no, I do not think we will see a horrible human internment experience in the future in any way based on mutual discrimination.
