menachem-starkBrooklyn – The search continues for a frum businessman from Williamsburg, 39-year-old Menachem Stark, who is believed to have been abducted overnight. Security video shows Menachem leaving his office, Southside Associates on Rutledge Street, between Broadway and Harrison, and then thrown into a van by two individuals.

Surveillance video showing Menachem being approached outside his office by a man at about 11:45 p.m. As Menachem battled the assailant, a vehicle arrived and a man emerged. Menachem was tied up with duct tape and deposited into a white Dodge minivan, which did not have license plates.

The scuffle occurred near the Amazing Savings store on the block.

Menachem is 5′-7″ and weighs about 185 pounds. Volunteers are being sought to look for Menachem with just hours to Shabbos.

menachem-stark1Speculation abounds as to why the Satmar real estate developer was kidnapped, though nothing has been confirmed. Today’s snowstorm – which left parts of Brooklyn covered in eight inches of snow – is complicating the search for Menachem.

Menachem was carrying about $4,000 in cash when he was kidnapped. His wife notified Shomrim after he didn’t return home last night. Shomrim called police early this morning.

“Don’t you see that the world is falling apart?”

I only want to tell you this, that if the Yidden in America ignore the warning that Frankenstorm brought with it they will be very sorry. Very soon the anti-Semitism that has been hidden more or less since the Second World War will raise its head again in a fierce way in America and all over Europe and most of the world.

Do Teshuva on all your Avairos. List them one by one. Come back to the truth get rid of your excessive Gashmius. Crush the Egel HaZav into fine dust and throw it to the wind.
