A hachnosas Sefer Torah was held in Lakewood, NJ, to mark the yahrtzeit of habochur Aharon Sofer z”l, son of Rabbi and Mrs. Moshe Tzvi and Chulda Sofer.
The writing of the final osiyos was held at the Sofer home on Fifth Street. The Sefer Torah was then danced to Bais Medrash Ohr Meir on Fifth Street.
Aharon tragically passed away two years ago while learning in Yerushalayim. He was an outstanding ben Torah, who experienced great aliyah in his limud haTorah and yiras Shomayim, and brought tremendous nachas to his wonderful parents and his entire family. Yehi zichro boruch.
