The Senate passed a bipartisan bill this afternoon 93-6 to force a congressional review of the Iranian nuclear deal currently being negotiated between Iran, the U.S., and other world powers, Tim Mak reports for the Daily Beast.
The bill, championed by Republican Bob Corker, would prevent President Obama from lifting sanctions on Iran for 30 days while Congress reviews the details of any final nuclear arrangement.
If Congress were to vote disapprove of the deal, it could block Obama from lifting some sanctions. The bill now goes to the House for final passage, and the White House has signaled that Obama would basically sign it.

Just think,if Obama was still Senator Obama the vote would have been 93to 7
If he was still in the Senate it very possibly wouldn’t even be on the floor at all!
