Brooklyn, NY – State Senator Simcha Felder announced the opening of his new office in Borough Park located at 4714 16th Avenue , Suite 201. Joining him for the opening was Rav Steinmetz, Skverer Dayan, and a group of askanim and administrators.
“I’m very excited with the new Borough Park office, which is centrally located and just two blocks from where I grew up. The new office will provide the same full range of services as the Avenue J office – helping residents with Medicaid, Food Stamps (SNAP), HEAP, SCRIE , MetroCard, Senior services and other issues relating to City and State agencies,” declared Senator Felder.
“I’m also pleased to announce that both my offices are now accepting appointments for the Heartshare program. Last year we were able to help save people over $10,000 in National Grid heating bills,” stated Senator Felder, “and I’m hoping this year, with both offices open, we can help more people.”
“In order to better serve our constituents, we will have extended hours at the Borough Park office. We will be open Sunday from 12:00 – 3:00, Monday from 12:00 – 8:00, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 – 6:00,” concluded Senator Felder.
