After a letter was published with the signatures of dozens of politicians who signed their approval of Rubashkin’s release a few months ago, Senator Chuck Schumer, who considers himself an ally to Jewish causes, was noticeably absent.

Senator Schumer told reporters that he has a policy to never write letters for prisoners but says he assured Pres. Trump that Democrats will not attack him on Rubashkin.

Senator Schumer also says that President Trump was not going to commute Rubashkin until he got guarantees from Pelosi and Schumer that Democrats will back him.

  1. Baloney baloney baloney
Trump is not afraid of these liberal democRATs.
    Schumer is all double talk.
He is a leftist and is anti Torah values.

  2. Stinking backstabbing lier. He is trying to save face. If it was a transgender black in the exact same situation, Chuck would of been the FIRST to sign his filthy name. Schumer is an embarrassment to the human race.

  5. This man is so full of garbage its incredible. These liberal idiots will do or say anything for political points… I hope at least all of us Jews see right through this mans warped brain.

  6. 100% sheker. When the case first broke, Schumer jumped on PETA’s anti-Rubashkin bandwagon and signed a letter against Rubashkin and kosher slaughterhouses.
Schumer has to go. He couldn’t even be bothered to go to bat to help Y. Ostreicher, a constituent, when he was jailed unlawfully in Bolivia. Chris Smith, a Congressman from NJ whose district includes Lakewood, used his influence to help the Ostreichers.

    • Thank you. You’re right. I forgot about that. Schumer is not our friend and the few times we truly need him, he NEVER delivers. All we hear, after the fact, is excuses excuses excuses. Ezra Friedlanders op-ed a few weeks ago excoriating us for criticizing our taxpaid salary Senator, was all wrong. When we needed Mr. Schumer HE WAS NOT THERE FOR US!
