One of the two cops who was shot chasing down suspected robbers Monday night isn’t happy that Mayor Bill de Blasio visited him in the hospital.
Andrew Dossi, 30, was paid a visit by NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton and the mayor at St. Barnabas Hospital.
“He wasn’t too happy about the mayor’s visit,” said his father, Joe Dossi. “He deals with some [trashy] people every day and [is] getting no support [from the mayor]. Come on. These are the guys in the trenches dealing with anything and everything.” Read more.

That is not what the injured cop said. It was his FATHER who made that idiotic statement. These people are going a little overboard with the criticism of the Mayor. It shows you how immature a lot of these cops really are.
It’s possible that he told his father the above quote. I also believe, Diblasio acted irresponsibly by advocating that police officers would target his son, because of his color. Don’t you think so?
