national-corvette-museumA sinkhole in Kentucky has reportedly swallowed at least eight cars belonging to the National Corvette Museum. The sinkhole, which is estimated to be around 20 feet deep and 40 feet wide, swallowed all but one car in the affected area, a 1983 Corvette. The museum is going to have its 20th anniversary in September.

This is the first time a sinkhole has affected the property, and while the area around the sinkhole will be closed, the rest of the museum remains open. “This is going to be an interesting situation,” said the museum’s Executive Director Wendell Strode. Read more at Bowling Green Daily News.
