Snowden Would Return to U.S. for Trial

During the New Hampshire Liberty Forum over the weekend, Edward Snowden told a crowd that he would return to the United States if guaranteed a fair trial.

“I’ve told the government I would return if they would guarantee a fair trial where I can make a public interest defense of why this was done and allow a jury to decide,” Snowden, appearing via Google Hangouts, said.

The former NSA contractor has been living in Russia since June 2013. Read more at The Guardian.
