Stalin Reportedly Studied Mao’s Feces

Now for some bizarre news: a new study has discovered that brutal Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin spied on Chinese dictator Mao Zedong in the 1940s by analyzing the communist leader’s feces for psychological profiling.

Stalin’s secret police allegedly set up a special department to get its hands on the droppings and then test it for contents that might lead to useful political information.

“If they detected high levels of amino acid Tryptophan,” a source said, “they concluded that person was calm and approachable.”

Stalin’s henchman Lavrenti Beria was reportedly in charge of the secret laboratory. Read more at BBC.

  1. in all seriousness, Mao was probably a few burgers short of a happy meal. I guess the truth is that every silly society has its own directions of more silly nature. But of Stalin was a Gastroenterologist, he might have been able to tell if Mao had pancreatic insufficiency. Maybe be could have served him a better meal.

Silly but great story for today.

  2. Shocked not about the story but about the fact that you think that this is something a frum velt needs to know
