baltimorePrescription drugs were stolen from Rite Aid pharmacies during the Baltimore unrest, and sensitive personal information found on labels may now be on the streets. Store officials, however, say that other information, including credit cards and social security numbers, was not compromised.

Over two dozen pharmacies and two methadone clinics were looted in the city, and some fear that information contained on prescription labels could be enough to obtain refills.

Police have reportedly already seized more than 175,000 doses of drugs. Rite Aid adds that it’s hired a risk management firm to prevent identity theft. Read more at The Baltimore Sun.
