A suicide bomber detonated explosives he was wearing near Kabul airport in Afghanistan, officials said on Monday.
It wasn’t immediately clear how many people were killed, but Al Jazeera reported at least one civilian was killed and at least four others injured, citing Afghan officials.
A police officer at the scene told Reuters a suicide bomber reportedly walked up to a pickup truck and blew himself up. Multiple casualities were reported. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the morning attack.
