  1. Blaming the parents is not true to jewish life if you are a Torah Student. You can blame the houses values. You can blame the restrictions on human development. But the parents are truly safe from blame since they are the ones who conceived the child. There is too much focus on the limitation of considerable advice in today’s society.

    Give more creed to the physicians and other advisors in public and civic and personal life.
