The Israeli Supreme Court, in addressing the ongoing crisis at Hadassah Hospital, has rejected the petition of the parents of the sick children and chosen to accept the position of the Ministry of Health that a new pediatric oncology ward must not be opened at Shaare Tzedek Hospital.

The parents dismantled the protest tent that they had established in Sacher Park (near Kiryat Hamemshalah) and returned home, broken and dispirited.
With that, the affair has reached its conclusion: The doctors who resigned from Hadassah may choose to return to the hospital, but if they do not, they will have nowhere to go.
