North Korea lost Internet once again. According to Dyn Research, the Hermit Kingdom lost Internet at 3:41 p.m. local time, and it was restored at 4:12 p.m. local time.
It was the second Web blackout since service was initially restored Monday.
Chinese officials have denied any role in the apparent cyberattack on North Korea, which came a few days after President Obama threatened to retaliate after Pyongyang was blamed for hacking Sony. Read more at ABC News.
