Syria’s Foreign Minister Blames Israel for Unrest

syrias-foreign-minister-walid-al-moualemSyria’s Foreign Minister on Sunday accused Israel of being behind the ongoing unrest in his country. During a visit to Tehran, Walid al-Moualem and his Iranian counterpart, Ali Akbar Salehi, accused Israel of plotting to overthrow the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

“The Israeli position towards the crisis in Syria proves that a plot was hatched against the regime in Damascus,” Salehi said, accusing Arab states for adopting what he called “Israel’s position” and following it.

  1. Iran and Syria both sound like the teenager who went off the Derech, feeling guilt, but prefering to cover it up by blaming everyone he ever had to do with. When will these people grow up. And become adults, that take responsibility for their actions? Probably never, because they get the world to spoil them and back them, so why care? The U.N. is a fine example of such a body that always blames the victims, never considers facts, so why should these nations (that are just) rebellious teenagers ever take responsibility?
