Republican presidential contender Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) lamented his lack of sleep on the campaign trail, listing it among the many “sacrifices for our campaign.”
“Health and sleep are limited: Fighting morning and night for the future of our country ensures long nights and early mornings resulting in little to no sleep,” Cruz said this week in his latest fundraising email, the Huffington Post reports. He told supporters he’s “proud to be making” such sacrifices “on your behalf.”
