Tefillos Around Eretz Yisroel for Rain

The continued dry, hot weather in Israelk during the period which should be well into the rainy season has farmers worried and rabbonim conducting special atzeres tefillos for rain.

Rav Shlomo Amar, the Sephardic Chief Rabbi, asked people to do more acts of chesed and daven with special fervor for the much needed rainfall.
