amos-bunim[Video below.] All of Klal Yisroel is asked to say Tehillim for Rabbi Amos Bunim, R’ Manos ben Blumah Hentche. Reb Amos is in critical condition and is in need of a refuah sheleimah.

Reb Amos, himself a remarkable and inspiring individual, is a son of the legendary Mr. Irving M. Bunim zt”l, noted lay leader of Orthodox Jewry, in particular the Young Israel movement in the United States from the 1930s until his passing in 1980. As the trusted assistant to Maran Rav Aharon Kotler zt”l, Irving was deeply involved in all aspects of Torah dissemination, philanthropy and Holocaust rescue. In 1989, Reb Amos authored “A Fire in His Soul” about the life of his father.

Reb Amos, a prominent Torah activist, has had a kesher and shaychus with numerous gedolim and has been a staunch protector of Torah and Yiddishkeit, following in the footsteps of his legendary father. Reb Amos was counted amongst the most trusted confidantes of Rav Aharon Kotler.

May Reb Amos have a refuah sheleimah.

As a zechus for his refuah, we present the following video of divrei chizuk delivered several years ago by Reb Amos. Click below to watch:
