THREAT: Ayatollah: Iran Will ‘React’ if US Violates Nuclear Deal

Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, warned the U.S. today that if it approved new sanctions against the country, it would violate the nuclear agreement and provoke a response.

Last week, the House of Representatives passed the Iran Sanctions Act, which will expire at the end of the year if it is not re-authorized for another 10 years. Any new sanctions would be a violation of the nuclear agreement, Khamenei said. “The current U.S. government has breached the nuclear deal in many occasions,” Khamenei said. “The latest is extension of sanctions for 10 years, that if it happens, would surely be against [the nuclear agreement], and the Islamic Republic would definitely react to it.” President Obama has vowed to veto the legislation if it ever gets to his desk.   1. Everyone calm down. The Iranians are obviously joking. They will never do anything to harm the US or any of its allies. They made a promise to President Obama and they would never break that trust. You evil racist Republicans better tone down your rhetoric.
