Police were trying to find Monday three Sifrei Torah that were reported stolen from a shul in the Norwood section of the Bronx.
Investigators say they went missing from the Young Israel Mosholu Parkway Synagogue in Norwood on Sunday.
Authorities released a photo of the missing three Sifrei Torah.
