Tonight: Women’s Asifos in Boro Park and Lakewood for Boys in Japan


japan-ben-shachar-lawyersA Worldwide Women’s Yom Tefillah is being held today as a zechus for of Yoel Zev ben Mirel Risa Chava and Yaakov Yosef ben Reizel, who are being held at the Chiba Prison in Japan.  

Women will unite together tonight on behalf of these boys. The event in Boro Park, Brooklyn, will be held at Young Israel Beth El, 4802 – 15th Avenue in Boro Park at 7:45 p.m. Inspiring messages will be given by Rabbi Fischel Schachter. Rabbi Moshe Snow. Rabbi Moshe Yudkowsky and Mrs. Miriam Swerdlov.

In Lakewood, an asifa for women will be held at Bais Faiga Hall and the guest speaker will be Rav Ephraim Eliyahu Shapiro, rov of Congregation Shaaray Tefilla of North Miami Beach.

Both programs will include Tehillim and a moving audio visual presentation with interviews by some key players and a glimpse into the efforts to bring these innocent boys home.
