Yeshiva Torah Temimah in Brooklyn, NY, has announced the appointment of Rabbi Fievy Lieberman as its new executive director.
In a statement, the yeshiva said, “A proud Torah Temimah alumnus with a distinguished career in the world of Torah chinuch, Rabbi Lieberman brings us a keen sense of vision, unique dynamism and a wealth of successful experience, and will make a terrific addition to the Torah Temimah community.”
Rabbi Lieberman, who resides in Lakewood, NJ, has served as the executive director of Tashbar Elementary School in his hometown.
“I am thrilled to return to my true ‘home,’ where I received my own chinuch, in this exciting role,” Rabbi Lieberman said after his appointment. “I look forward to working with the hanhalah, the rabbeim, the office staff, the board, and, most of all, the yeshiva‘s outstanding parent body.”
Yeshiva and Mesivta Torah Temimah has for over 60 years been synonymous with uncompromising excellence in chinuch. The yeshiva recently installed a new board of directors and operating committee.
An announcement of Rabbi Lieberman’s appointment was signed by Rabbi Nosson Scherman , Rabbi Moishe Bergman and Rabbi Bentzion Schiffenbauer, as well as a committee including Chaim L. Alter, Shimon Edelstein, Yechiel Eisenstadt, Avrohom Finkelstein, Yaakov Nissen Friedman, Yehoshua Friedman, Yitzchok Fuchs, Shimon Ganz, Shrage Goldschmidt, Baruch Greenwald, Binyomin Gross, Yisroel Kornbluh, Shimon Lefkowitz, Shloime Lewenstein, Avrumi Liebermann, Shmuel Lowenthal, Chaim Miller, Chaim Yitzchok Miller, Ahron Rivlin, Beryl Septimus, Judah Septimus, Refoel Weiss, and Zvi Weiss.
