Trump will likely not go to Mar-a-Lago if the government shuts down, and he will remain in Washington to sign any funding measure approved by Congress.

If Congress passes a spending measure Friday night, Trump would likely leave for Mar-a-Lago on Saturday morning, in time to attend a celebration at Mar-a-Lago later that night to mark the one-year anniversary of his inauguration.

Around 100 people are expected to go to the event, which will include a reception and dinner. It is being hosted by Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and billionaire Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn. Read more at POLITICO.

  1. Trump is a man of the people. Unlike Obama who after hearing about Americans getting their heads chopped off by isis, left to go play golf. But of course you weren’t allowed to criticize Obama because then you would be called a racist and charged with a hate crime by Eric Holder.

  2. Curious thought on Mar-a-lago. Could it be scrambed in reverse?

Mar-a-lago can be Goal-a-ram. Pretty interesting. Maybe we do enter messianic times. Trump might have the resort of the ages.

Right now, I can hope that the Temple is built. It really is “Goal-a-ram”. Or maybe we have it all backwards with Mr. Trump. This is a scramble to ponder. One might want a good look at the winning generation.

It might just have a cigar.
