The final pre-Iowa caucus poll results are in and they show Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton leading in the race for their respective parties’ nomination.
For the GOP nomination, Trump polled at 28 percent, ahead of Ted Cruz at 23, Marco Rubio at 15, Ben Carson at 10, Rand Paul at 5 percent, Chris Christie at three percent; and Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, John Kasich, and Rick Santorum all garnering two percent.
On the Democratic side, former Secretary of State Clinton polled at 45 percent, verus Bernie Sanders’ 42 percent, and Martin O’Malley’s paltry three percent.
The Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics poll was released this evening in anticipation of Monday’s first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses. Among its other findings: Trump outpolled Cruz on who would be “more feared” by U.S. enemies, who would bring about the most change, and who would be more likely to win general election.

I despise Hillary Clinton as a completely dishonest, unprincipled, unethical, Machiavellian power-seeker who’s anti-Israel to boot. I see Donald Tump as a buffoon with a shocking lack of the temperament or knowledge needed to be President who doesn’t hesitate to exploit race, religion and gender-based phobias and bigotry to his advantage. This is a free country so they have every right to run and if they win, Heaven help us. The least we can do is vote.
when the /central Park ice skating ring broke, the NYC, NYS, the parks department couldn’t fix it. Trump did. Trump is a manager of major and beautifying projects. He has built cities.He has created jobs and has values. If he can run such an expanse of undertakings, he can make America great again. Respect the achiever who gives, not the politician who fails the public, bankrupts, over taxes, does not protect, compromises American values to gain favors from those calling it the Big Satan. Satan is what satan does, teaches children to hate and kill, cuts heads off, stones, knives, blows up, suicide bombs. Trump is not afraid to call a Satan satanic. I believe he would not fund their terrorism.
