President Trump held early morning meetings with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at the G-20 summit in Hamburg on Friday. “Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!” Podesta, whose email account was allegedly breached by Russian hackers, did not work at the Democratic National Committee, and the DNC has repeatedly contested that representation of events. (It says law-enforcement agencies did not reach out to the organization until August of last year, when the hack had already been made public and the security gap fixed.) Trump also tweeted that he will “represent our country well and fight for its interests!” He continued, “Fake News Media will never cover me accurately but who cares! We will #MAGA!” Read more.
