President Donald Trump said in a new interview that the U.S. is prepared to act with or without China’s help in suppressing the North Korean nuclear threat. “China has great influence over North Korea,” Trump told the Financial Times in an Oval Office interview. “And China will either decide to help us with North Korea, or they won’t. Trump said he plans on bringing up the issue with Chinese President Xi Jinping later this week when he and Trump meet at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. “If China is not going to solve North Korea, we will. That is all I am telling you,” Trump added. Read more at FINANCIAL TIMES.
