On March 24, the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) wrapped up its annual meeting in New York by condemning only one country for violating women’s rights anywhere on the planet – Israel, for violating the rights of Palestinian women.
At the same time, Palestinian women are murdered and subjugated for the sake of male honor, Saudi women can’t drive, and Iranian women are stoned to death for so-called “adultery.”
On the same day, the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva condemned Israel five times.
No European state voted against this onslaught of UN resolutions against Israel. Germany and the UK occasionally abstained, while France voted with Arab and Islamic states on all but one Council resolution.

George Orwell, whose novel “1984” popularized the slogan “War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength”, probably couldn’t come up with whoppers the size of these.
These UN bureaucrats are a bunch of self serving attention seekers & paper pushers.
All they are worried about is not to loose their employment, which they mostly got as a payback of some sorts by their governmenst back home.
None of them could get a gainful employment if they wanted to.

The UN certainly has its priorities right. After all Israel s alleged suppression of Palestinian women is the one obstacle to world peace, the cause of all terrorism in the world, global warming the zika virus etc. Europe is so busy with this matter that they are unaware that their “house” is burning down.
It is time to let real estate developers redevelop that prime piece of property on the East Side of New York City. Housing and shopping sound good to me.
