ISIS strongholds in Iraq and Syria were battered by airstrikes yesterday and tday. The United States and partner countries hit 11 targets-four in Syria, and seven in Iraq.

Random bombings for the sake of bombings are ineffective. The targets are many, and scattered over a huge amount of territory.
The US and its allies have no rational strategy for removing this cancer from the face of the earth.
