 hours this past Shabbos morning and proceeded to rob the home.

When the by four African American men entered the house on Curtis Lane through a basement window shortly before 2 a.m., they found three bochurim seated at the dining room table. The parents and other children were asleep at the time of the invasion.

The men duct-taped the boys and tied them up as they headed to the second floor of the home where they stole a significant amount of money and jewelry. The husband and wife, and a daughter, were duct-taped and tied first and the burglars then demanded the cash and jewelry while holding the homeowners at gunpoint.

Rabbi Yisroel Schenkolewski, the noted and longtime Lakewood askan, said that, boruch Hashem, the family members are all okay and that the Lakewood Police Department is conducting an extensive investigation to find the burglars.
