A very powerful presentation. It is also very honest as to how even the most religious survivors were confronted with a stark choice whether to hold on to yiddishkiet or not.
One extremely relevant idea to keep in mind is how we are living off the dividends of the survivors. Even if there were to be a State of Israel without the Holocaust (theoretically speaking) what would our fortitude be against Hamas and its ilk. It is only a nation of survivors that knows not to run but rather to face the challenge head on. May we merit moshiach speedily TODAY.
