CBS news reported on Gershon Pincus, the frum dentist who was denied security clearance because his relatives live in Israel, as previously reported here on Matzav.
Gershon’s attorney, Avi Schick, said that while he is pleased that the military has reversed its decision to deny Gershon Pincus a security clearance, “we can’t lose sight of the fact that over the past decade well over a hundred clearances were denied because of family ties to Israel. It is important that we continue to speak out against the profiling of American Jews, and insist that the Pentagon revise and reverse its policies.”
