As reported yesterday by Matzav.com Israel, the Israeli Supreme Court accepted former Yerushalayim Mayor Uri Lupolianski’s appeal in the Holyland real estate case. Instead of six years in prison, he will serve six months community service.
The former mayor then gave his thanks to his lawyer and to the Israeli public for their support. He added that he will continue to work for the public, particularly as part of his community service.
